how many minutes would it take to walk to the international airport? or do you have a shuttle for your guests?

It is around 10-15 minutes walk. We have free shuttle service at the airport, this is a prior reservation.

Are you an approved quarantine facility? Need 7 days for me and my pregnant spouse. would like room and 3 daily meals. dates are 21 - 28 May.

Great location & comfort

Second overnight stay here, still enjoying the spacious room, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows. Right in front of the Mactan-Cebu airport domestic departures terminal so it is an ideal location if you're connecting flights within the Philippines. 2 minutes' walk, no need to get a Grab / Taxi or trike.

Air conditioning is really cold and control panel won't let you increase the temperature above 20° or so

We stayed to be close to the airport for our next flight, it’s next door and they do a free shuttle. The staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast had a great range.

Slightly dated but all clean. Air conditioning wasn’t the strongest.

Best Mactan stay if you need an overnight close to the airport.

Amazing food. Excellent shuttle service. Very close to the airport. Definitely recommend. They said the elevators were not operational on the website, but it was working when we got there.

The room was not as thoroughly clean as it could have been, but clean enough. The shower head needs replacing as it was leaking.

The rooms are outdated and the bathroom smelled. We had to keep the door closed. This was the first time this happened to us and it could be because our room was on a higher floor. But otherwise, we love the Waterfront and its location and breakfast

proximity to the airport was excellent, one can just cross the street to reach the airport and just wheel your luggage along. very convenient. i would definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to Cebu.

Room was good and all the staff we encountered were very good also. The hotel situation was ideal and very close to the airport and nearby Malls. Quiet and peaceful in spite of proximity to Airport.

When we booked on the internet we chose a price option which was supposed to allow us to pay in the hotel and not in advance by credit card. We budgeted accordingly to allow us to take advantage of favourable local exchange rates. When we arrived at the hotel they told us they had already received payment through our credit card, and so we had excess Philippine pesos that we expected to pay them. Because of this we had to bring a lot of useless Philippine currency to the UK effectively losing it's value. In addition we had paid a poor exchange rate and incurred Credit Card costs which we had tried to avoid. In addition because we had chosen the option to pay locally we ended up paying about 1000 pesos more than the other options.

Just to stay overnight is okay but more than one night I dont think so.

The location and the staff specially the restaurant staff, concierge, security, driver but receptionist not really.

The bathroom is mouldy. There is a little cockroach going around in the coffee making area. The carpet is really smelly. Room needs a make over as in seriously.

It was great overall because we got rested before our very long flight back home. The staff was very friendly and courte

It was so close to the airport,very quiet and peaceful.Our room was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable.

The restaurant part was very hot when we had our lunch. The toilet didn’t work right, it wouldn’t flush properly.
